Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about naturopathic consultations.

Do you only see women?

No. I work with women, men, and gender-diverse people.

Where are you located?

I am based in Epsom, Auckland in New Zealand.

Do you see clients online?

Yes. I offer both in-person consultations and online consultations.

If I’m looking for instant results, do you provide these?

No. My approach focuses on supporting long-term health and sustainable lifestyle changes. I provide practical tools, education and personalised guidance to help you achieve lasting results.

Are your services helpful if I’m on Menopausal Hormone Therapy (MHT)?

Yes, all recommendations are supportive alongside MHT. I check for contraindications.

How many sessions do you recommend?

I recommend starting with one Initial Naturopathic Consultation followed by two Follow-Up Sessions. From there, we can assess your progress and decide together whether ongoing support would be beneficial.

What can I see you for?

I mainly see women with hormonal conditions or anyone who needs hormonal support. I offer holistic support so while addressing hormonal issues, I also address digestive concerns, stress, fatigue, sleep issues, skin conditions, immune health and overall wellbeing at the same time. I work with clients in all walks of life, not just women. If you’re unsure whether naturopathy is right for your situation, feel free to get in touch for a discovery call.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is required. Book in a discovery call to see how I can best support you.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

If relevant, it can be helpful to bring recent blood test results, a list of current medications or supplements and any other health information you’d like to discuss.

Will you ask me to stop taking my medications?

No. I do not advise clients to stop prescribed medications without guidance from their prescribing healthcare professional. Naturopathic care is designed to work alongside your existing healthcare team where appropriate.

How long are appointments?

Initial consultations are 90 minutes and follow-up consultations are up to one hour.

Do you provide personalised treatment plans?

Yes. Every treatment plan is tailored to your individual health history, goals, and circumstances. Recommendations may include nutrition, lifestyle strategies (stress, sleep, energy), herbal medicine, natural supplement, and other evidence-informed naturopathic approaches.

Can I book a discovery call before committing to an appointment?

Yes. If you’d like to discuss whether I’m the right practitioner for you, you’re welcome to book a discovery call.
